projectM picks a random transition each time — a zoom-blur, warp, sweep, circle, plasma or plain blend. Its own default is 3 seconds, which reads as an imposed effect; teamviz starts at 0.6s. Drag to 0 for instant cuts. Motion speed

MilkDrop presets advance by one step per frame, and most were written for a 30–60fps machine — so a modern 120Hz screen runs them two to four times faster than intended. This steps them less often. Audio reactivity is unchanged, and on a 120Hz display 50% still draws a full 60fps; only 25% is visibly less smooth. Random swipe On (the default), every forward swipe (or →) jumps somewhere random in the library. Turn it off to walk the library in order, one preset per swipe — two quick swipes forward still jump randomly. Layers you HOLD are never touched, and there is no end to hit: the walk wraps around and back keeps browsing past the start of your history. Less is more One color. Every layer is remapped onto red — black through red to white, with no blue or green anywhere. It is a filter over the output, so the presets underneath are untouched and turning it off restores full color instantly. Invert the output Flips every color to its opposite, so visuals that run blinding white turn dark. It is a filter over the output — the presets underneath are untouched, exports match the screen, and a share link carries it, so anyone opening your link sees it inverted too. Camera in the visuals Your camera becomes part of the picture, not a window on top of it. Echo feeds it into the preset's feedback loop — the same motion that swirls the visuals smears you into trails, and every spin of the WARP layer melts you differently. Overlay lays it over the finished frame instead. It runs entirely in this browser, records straight into exports, and nothing is ever uploaded. Works best with the screen horizontal — the camera frame is wide, and so is the canvas it melts into.
